These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the She LeadsEQ™ Women’s Leadership Program (the “Program”) hosted by ThriveIQ Solutions, Inc. (“ThriveIQ Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in this Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

She LeadsEQ™ is an exclusive women’s leadership development experience that includes a luxury retreat, monthly coaching, professional assessments, and access to digital resources through the She LeadsEQ Signature Portal.

2. Enrollment & Payment

Full payment or an approved payment plan is required to confirm enrollment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future cohort date within 12 months.
All payments must be completed no later than 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because this is a limited-capacity leadership program with significant pre-planning and resources, we maintain the following policy:

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 45 days before the retreat, payments made (excluding deposit) may be transferred to a future cohort.
Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund or transfer.
In rare, unforeseen circumstances, ThriveIQ Solutions reserves the right to reschedule. In such cases, all payments will be applied to the rescheduled event.

4. EQ-i 2.0 Assessment

Each participant will complete the EQ-i 2.0® Emotional Intelligence assessment prior to the retreat. This assessment provides individualized insights that are essential for maximizing your leadership transformation throughout the Program. Instructions and access will be provided via the She LeadsEQ Signature Portal.

5. Participant Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and confidential environment. Participants agree not to share or misuse other participants’ personal or professional information. Any violation may result in dismissal from the Program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to presentations, assessments, workbooks, videos, and portal content, are the exclusive property of ThriveIQ Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

The Program is designed for professional development and personal growth. ThriveIQ Solutions does not guarantee specific business or career outcomes. Each participant’s results will vary based on individual engagement and application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveIQ Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program, including travel-related incidents.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
